Please remove and protect all furniture and other items from the areas to be treated. We are unable to start your job until all items are moved. 

Some paints and other surface coverings may run. If this occurs, we will promptly pause and discuss with you before we continue. 

Gutter cleaning, fascia, and soffit are not included in standard pricing of power washing or house wash downs unless noted.

We need to connect to your exterior hose bib/water spigot. We carry a buffer tank that allows us to bank and reserve water because when our equipment is flowing, we are using much more water than the water utility service can keep up with.
